A BCS International Diploma holding BA who has been working in the Business Analysis space for 8 years, with a prior 2 years as part of a business change function. Nic has worked on projects of all scales, from small improvements to large, private sector blue chip client deliverables. She is also a Scrum Alliance certified Product Owner.
